Put two flavours into one frozen bar with the Silikomart L’Italiano ice cream kit. Its green mould creates a smaller inner layer, while the blue mould shapes the rounded outer layer. You can pair fruit with cream, combine two gelato flavours or add a contrasting centre to an ice lolly.

Both silicone moulds have six cavities, and you use them in stages to make six layered bars per batch. First, fill the green cavities with your chosen centre. Each one measures 37 × 90 × H13.5 mm and holds 36 ml. Position the wooden sticks with the supplied holder, then freeze and release the inserts.

Next, fill the larger blue cavities with your second mixture. Each blue cavity measures 55 × 105 × H22 mm and holds 97 ml. Place the frozen inserts inside, then freeze the bars until firm. Finally, flex the silicone to release them and add a coating if your recipe calls for one.

The Silikomart L’Italiano ice cream kit includes plastic supports to hold the moulds steady and 100 wooden sticks for repeated batches. The two mould sizes give each bar a defined centre, while the flexible silicone helps you release both the inserts and finished desserts.
