First, fit your chosen mat inside the plastic support and place the two silicone end pieces at either end. Next, fill the kit with mousse, semifreddo or another preparation suitable for freezing. The support helps the log keep its shape as you fill and transfer it. Once the dessert has frozen firmly, remove the support and carefully peel away the silicone.
