Give your next frozen Yule log a striking surface with the Silikomart Maya Bûche kit. Its textured silicone mat forms an intricate geometric pattern across the curved dessert. Alternatively, fit the smooth mat when you want a clean base for glazing or decoration.

First, place your chosen mat and the two end pieces inside the plastic support. Next, fill the mould with mousse, semifreddo or another frozen dessert preparation. The support holds the shape while you transfer the filled kit to the freezer. Once the log freezes firmly, remove the support and peel back the silicone to reveal the finished surface.

The Silikomart Maya Bûche kit holds 1,200 ml and forms a log measuring 250 × 80 × H67 mm. Its interchangeable mats give you two looks from one set, while the flexible silicone helps preserve the pattern during unmoulding. For example, an orange velvet finish highlights the geometric relief, whereas a smooth log leaves room for your own garnish.
