MODULAR FLEX INFINITY 500 – 4 SILICONE MOLD CAVITIES – 375x47xH40 MM | SILIKOMART~ITALY

Create dessert logs with a bold, repeating pattern using the Silikomart Modular Flex Infinity mould. Its four long cavities form connected rounded sections, giving each finished dessert a sculpted shape. Every cavity measures 375 × 47 × H40 mm and holds 500 ml, for a total capacity of 2,000 ml.

Fill each cavity with mousse, semifreddo or another preparation suited to your recipe. You can also add a sponge layer before chilling to give the dessert a base. Once the preparation sets, the flexible silicone helps you release the curved shape without flattening its details.

The modular design gives you several serving options. Present a full log as a centrepiece, cut it into short sections for individual portions or arrange pieces together on a dessert display. Meanwhile, the four matching cavities help you prepare a consistent set in one production cycle.

The Silikomart Modular Flex Infinity mould also gives you room to vary the finish. Apply a bright mirror glaze to emphasise the rounded sections, or use velvet spray for a softer look. Its practical advantages are clear: four logs per batch, consistent shapes, flexible portion sizes, a distinctive presentation and careful release from the mould.
