Create chocolates with clean circular tops and finely fluted sides using the Silikomart SCG07 Praline silicone mould. Its 15 matching cavities make it easy to produce a consistent batch for gift boxes, dessert plates or café displays.

Each cavity measures 30 mm in diameter and 18.5 mm in height, with a capacity of approximately 10 ml. Fill the mould with dark, milk or white chocolate to suit your presentation. You can also add a filling before sealing each praline with chocolate.

The flexible silicone helps release the finished pieces while keeping their ridged sides intact. As a result, the chocolates look finished without extra decoration, though a light dusting or contrasting colour can add detail.
