Create a dessert with a heart at its centre using the Silikomart Ti Voglio Bene 270 mould kit. Seven separate TVB moulds form soft pillow shapes with a recess for a heart topping. Meanwhile, the included SF200 mould produces 15 small hearts, giving you enough to decorate all seven pillow desserts in one batch.

Each pillow base measures 100 × 100 × H36 mm, while each heart measures 45 × 44 × H24 mm. Together, one base and one heart make a 270 ml dessert. First, prepare the pillow bases with mousse, semifreddo or a recipe suited to your chosen finish. Then make the hearts in a contrasting flavour or colour to draw attention to the centre.

Once the components have set, flex the silicone to release their shapes. Next, place a heart in each pillow’s central recess. You can finish the base and topping differently, for example with a pale velvet coating and a bright red heart, as shown in the supplied image.
