Each triangular group measures 103 × 95 × H5 mm. The Silikomart Triangolo 3.0 mould produces up to 36 individual sections per batch, helping chefs repeat the same shapes across multiple portions. Each small section holds approximately 10.5 ml, with a total mould capacity of approximately 378 ml.

The three-part design offers practical freedom during plating. For example, use two contrasting colours to create a clear focal point, or space the triangles apart to reveal the food beneath them.
