Create smooth rounded individual portions with the Silikomart Truffles 70 mould. Its eight cavities form elegant truffle-shaped desserts measuring Ø52 × H45 mm. Moreover, each cavity holds 70 ml, providing a total capacity of 560 ml for consistent professional production.

Each cavity features a specially designed internal border that creates a more rounded base. Therefore, finished portions achieve a near-spherical appearance without requiring two separate halves. The smooth exterior also provides an ideal surface for mirror glaze, velvet spray, cocoa dusting, chocolate coating or crunchy finishes.

In addition, the mould suits mousses, semifreddos, frozen creams, baked cakes and savoury appetisers. Pastry chefs can also use smaller inserts to add contrasting flavours and textures inside each portion.

Made in Italy from flexible food-grade platinum silicone, the mould supports controlled filling and clean demoulding. Furthermore, its temperature resistance from −60°C to +230°C allows use in ovens, microwaves, freezers and blast chillers. As a result, professional kitchens can prepare baked, chilled and frozen recipes using the same mould. After use, it can be cleaned in a dishwasher without rinse aid.
