Create small ice cream sandwiches with a distinctive biscuit shape using the Silikomart Mini Crock mould. Start by placing a biscuit in each cavity. Then add your chosen ice cream or frozen filling and level it across the mould. Place a second biscuit on top and freeze the sandwiches until firm. Finally, flex the silicone to release each portion while maintaining its shape.

The Silikomart Mini Crock mould comes with a 30 × 40 cm support tray that holds both moulds during preparation and freezing. As a result, you can move a full batch while keeping the filling level.
