Create clean, round components with the Silikomart Decor Round 50 mould. Its shallow shape works as a dessert topping, a layer inside a larger creation or a small plated portion. The smooth surface also provides a simple base for glazing and decoration.

The mould has six cavities, each measuring Ø67 × H15 mm and holding 50 ml. Therefore, you can prepare six matching pieces per batch, with a total capacity of 300 ml. Use it for mousse layers, semifreddo inserts and other suitable chilled or baked preparations.

Flexible silicone helps you release the finished rounds without damaging their edges. Moreover, its temperature range of -60°C to +230°C allows use in both freezers and ovens. After use, you can clean the mould in a dishwasher without rinse aid.
